Greyt, market leader in fractional and interim CFO and Controller services, is proud to announce the appointment of Barbara Kollée as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Since 1 July 2026, she has strengthened the Greyt Leadership Team (GLT). With her appointment, the new leadership team is complete: together with CEO Suzanne Meuwissen and CCO Rudolf Maas Geesteranus, Barbara Kollée is taking the next step in Greyt’s continued growth.
A deliberate choice for operational strength
The search for a new COO was careful and targeted. Barbara Kollée takes over from Ed van Viegen, who has held the role of COO until now. He remains involved with Greyt as partner and CFO.
Greyt deliberately chose a candidate from outside its own partner group, someone who brings a broad, external perspective and can elevate the organisation’s operational management to the next level. Barbara Kollée fits that profile. She combines strategic insight with operational drive and has demonstrated in previous leadership roles that she can steer an organisation effectively, both commercially and operationally.
Her background lies in the world of financial staffing and recruitment, where she built extensive experience leading teams and achieving commercial and operational goals. Her leadership style is substantive, connective, and results-driven, qualities that align seamlessly with the self-directed culture Greyt strives for.
Her role at Greyt
As COO, Barbara is responsible for leading the operational core of Greyt. She ensures that Greyt’s strategic ambitions are translated into concrete execution, in the day-to-day practice of the entire team. In addition, she contributes to the connection between controllers, CFOs, and our Basecamp.
