Over the past fifteen years, I have held several senior finance roles at Aon, including nearly five years as statutory CFO of Aon Group Netherlands. In this role, I was responsible for Finance and Risk, led a team of around 60 professionals, and operated in a highly regulated international environment. My experience spans financial strategy, M&A, carve-outs, risk management, finance transformations, and ERP implementations.
